At bobo&boo, we understand how important it is for your goodies to arrive safe and sound. While we take extra care when packing and shipping your order, for added peace of mind, we now offer Parcel Protection for just $3.

This service ensures that if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we’ll handle the retrieval or replacement so you don’t have to.

What does Parcel Protection cover?

Parcels lost in transit


If your parcel isn’t delivered within the usual timeframes specified by the carrier, simply reach out to our customer service team. We’ll open an investigation and, once the parcel is officially deemed lost (this process can take up to 7 business days), we’ll replace any items still in stock or provide store credit for unavailable items.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not offered under this policy.
  • You can choose replacements or opt for store credit if preferred.

Parcel delivered to the wrong address


If your tracking indicates that your parcel was delivered to the wrong address and we’re unable to recover it, we’ll treat it as a lost parcel. Items in stock will be replaced, and any unavailable items will be credited to your account.

Parcel damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. Damaged items will be replaced if available, or we’ll provide store credit for unavailable items. We may request the damaged parcel be returned to us for assessment. Once reviewed, we’ll provide a resolution ASAP.

What is not covered by Parcel Protection?

Incorrect address provided


If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the parcel is delivered, we’re unable to recover or replace the items. This includes any damages resulting from non-receipt of the order.

Can I get a refund for Parcel Protection?

Once your order has been dispatched, Parcel Protection cannot be refunded.

Can I add Parcel Protection after purchasing?

Parcel Protection must be added during checkout and cannot be added once the order has been dispatched.

What happens if I don’t opt for Parcel Protection?

Without Parcel Protection, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for any issues with lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. Unfortunately, without this service, we’re unable to offer replacements or store credits.
