Bobo & Boo has created durable, eco-friendly dinnerware that can withstand even the fiercest of toddler tantrums. However, we can’t 100% guarantee that our bamboo and plant-based products won’t break when dropped or thrown -  especially by a grumpy teenager who doesn’t want to eat their vegetables. We ship from our Brisbane warehouse and offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $120, with express options for just $5. For orders under $120, standard shipping is $9.95 and express is $14.95. We primarily use Australia Post and process orders daily, Monday to Friday. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on the way - be sure to check your spam folder!

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging, along with a 12-month guarantee on the quality of our products. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace or refund.
