Refund policy

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from your purchase date to return your item. Past this period, we are unable to offer an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, Seconds & Gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Contact us at hello@boboandboo.com.au.

Faulty Items: Please check your items upon delivery. If you find any defects please contact us at hello@boboandboo.com.au within 7 days of your order arriving.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

Refunds: We issue refunds only if a product is defective or damaged.

Change of Mind:

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for return; sale items cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges: If changing your mind, we offer a credit for the purchase price. The item must return unused and in original packaging within 30 days. Used products are not returnable unless faulty.

Order Cancellation: Email us at hello@boboandboo.com.au to cancel before shipping. Cancellations are subtracted by any transaction fees incurred (such as Afterpay) and are contingent on the order not having shipped. We process orders daily at 6am AEST.

Shipping for Returns: You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are not refundable. For high-value items consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to ensure your returned item reaches us.

12-Month Guarantee

At bobo&boo, we stand proudly behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a 12-month guarantee covering any damage caused by general everyday use.

If any of our items are found to be defective or damaged within 12 months of purchase due to normal wear and tear, we’ll happily offer you either:

  • A refund for the item, or
  • A store credit of 110% of the item’s value to put towards your next purchase!

Please note:
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care. Sale items or 2nds are also not covered under this policy.

  • Proof of purchase
  • A photo of the damaged product
