Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mash the avocados. Add the flour and Greek yogurt, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
3. Cut a piece of baking paper larger than your sheet pan and place it on a flat surface.
4. Transfer the dough onto the baking paper. Use your hands or a rolling pin to spread the dough evenly across the sheet pan.
5. Place another sheet of baking paper on top of the dough and roll it out thinly (tortilla thin). If needed, split the dough and bake in two batches.
6. Once the dough is thin and even, carefully remove the top sheet of baking paper. Transfer the baking paper with the dough to your sheet pan.
7. Bake for 7-15 minutes, or until the center is firm and the edges are lightly golden. Watch closely after 7 minutes, as bake time can vary.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Cut into squares or desired shapes, and enjoy!

Why Use a Sheet Pan?
Convenience is key! These sheet pan "tortillas" are quick and easy, perfect for busy parents. You can cook them all at once without standing over the stove flipping, making them a great option for healthy family meals that everyone will enjoy.
