However, we can’t 100% guarantee that our bamboo and plant-based products won’t break when dropped or thrown -  especially by a grumpy teenager who doesn’t want to eat their vegetables. The good news is that they won’t shatter like glass or ceramics but may chip or crack if hurled against hard surfaces. We ship from our Brisbane warehouse and offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $120, with express options for just $5. For orders under $120, standard shipping is $9.95 and express is $14.95. We primarily use Australia Post and process orders daily, Monday to Friday. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on the way - be sure to check your spam folder!

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging, along with a 12-month guarantee on the quality of our products. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace or refund.
